How do I track my order?

All orders will be processed within 1 - 2 business days upon us receiving your order and deliveries will be made within the next 4-8 days (WM) / 4 - 10 business days (EM) upon processing (weekends and public holidays excluded). Orders made on Friday after 1pm and on weekends will be processed on the following Monday. All orders are subjected to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

How much is the delivery fee?

Peninsular Malaysia

Shipping cost: RM 8

Time frame: 4 - 8 business days

East Malaysia

Shipping cost: RM 15

Time frame: 4 - 10 business days

All Orders will be delivered: 4 - 8 WORKING DAYS (WM) // 4-10 WORKING DAYS (EM). 

Shipping may take additional time during promotional periods, holidays and extreme weather conditions.

How is the delivery schedule like?

We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Deliveries may take longer during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather conditions. Our delivery time is between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Choosing of delivery timing is not available at the moment.

Can I request for a store pick up?

The store pick up option has been temporarily suspended until further notice. We apologies for the inconvenience caused.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been processed. In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, ASHLEY will not be liable for any replacement or refund. The courier will charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong/invalid address.

Can I upgrade my delivery methods afterward?

Unfortunately, once your order has been paid and processed, we are unable to change your delivery method.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

Please email us hello@myashley.co and we will get you in touch with our delivery company.

Will I get charged for a re-delivery?

If we attempt to deliver your order, but you are not present to receive it; we will re-deliver on the next available date. Please note, re-delivery fee may apply.
